DIRECTV provides up to 225 quality all-digital entertainment channels. Programming includes a wide assortment of shows, movies, sports, events, music, news, international and pay-per-view programs. DIRECTV also provides seasonal sports channels as well.

Over 30 commercial-free movie channels available through DIRECTV including Cinemax, Showtime, HBO and Starz.

Music

Music programming with over 36 music channels is included with subscription.

Adult

Playboy, Ten, Spice, etc. channels are available.

Pay-Per-View

Offerings include movies, events, sports, and adult programs.

DVR - Digital Video Recording

This feature allows the user to digitally record up to 70 hours of programming for later playback by using an on-screen programming guide with compatible functionality. A DVR receiver is required.

HDTV - High Definition Television

Supports high resolution imaging with as many as 10 times the pixels of standard TV, combined with Dolby Digital Surround Sound. An HDTV receiver and an HD compatible TV are required.
